RMSDPA Supports 'Brake for Bela' Campaign
Bela Estes, a dancer at ROCKY, was five years old when she was seriously injured after being hit by a car while she was playing in her neighborhood. Two years later, she’s fine and hoping to make a difference with the 2011 ‘Brake for Bela’ Campaign, a summer driving awareness campaign aimed at making streets safer for kids.
